Matisha came straight out of college at Kennesaw State University, and went to work at MaDex Associates, Inc. in April of 2004, when the company was still in its infancy.  She has done everything there is is to do within the confines of the company, from Payroll, to billing, to Customer service to Human Resources , to later become COO and office manager in 2015!  She took a year off in 2021 to be a full-time stay-at-home mom to her two young boys, Lincoln and Harrison.  Matisha rejoined the company in January of 2022 in the role of Sales and Marketing, and is a vital part of the company’s success!  As the daughter of the owner, her responsibilities will only grow and become more vital, as she understands all aspects of the company and of trucking in General.   Aside from her dad, she is the longest tenured associate within the company!
